While at the park, there are various attractions and shops close by, with several places to dine out. So come on by, and let us take care of you.

Lake Fishing

Krodel Park has its own lake stocked with catfish, bluegill, and trout by the WV DNR. Trout is only stocked in the warmer months of January and March. The park also has 2 handicap fishing docks equipped with picnic tables for your sitting enjoyment while you're waiting for the big one to bite.

Walking Trail

Krodel Park walking trail serpentines around the lake. For the person who runs, walks, or jogs, the trail is approximately one and one-tenth mile long.

Around the lake are several shelters. The gazebo is available for rental, and perfect for a family picnic or gathering.
